In this small group class which will teach you the foundational movements we use in CrossFit minus the weightlifting. this is BETTER than Boot Camp, this is the NEW FITNESS Mindset!
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the movements, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout.
This is a class for those individuals that have not been very active in the past 6 months and are not sure if they are ready for CrossFit. Our coaches will help you make that decision when that time comes.
