During the fundamentals period, you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform our CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals sessions are designed to cover each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than the normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.

In each class, you will warm up, learn new movements, do a full, but modified CrossFit workout.

Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, expect to learn.  Expect to have a tough, but short work out that might give you a little reality check on your fitness level.



In this small group class, we use the same fundamental movements we use in our regular CrossFit class, minus some of the weightlifting and more complex movements. This is BETTER than the “Boot Camp” style classes, this is the NEW FITNESS Mindset!
Each session our coaches will teach and demonstrate each movements, as well as review range of motion and various scaled options to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout.
This class is designed for those individuals that have not been very active in the past 6 months, not ready for weightlifting and are not sure if they are ready for true intensity of CrossFit. Our coaches will help you make that decision when that time comes.



Our programing is structured in such that participants are challenged to use various functional movements that replicate movement in real life or sport. For example, nearly every day in life, you bend over and pick something up.  We ‘practice’ that with a movement like the deadlift.

The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.” No aspect of functional movements is more important than their capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The more you can do, the fitter you are, and the higher the intensity of your training. CrossFit will challenge you to train in a zone of extremes. To force your body to work harder that you ever thought it could. It’s neither easy nor simple, and is something that takes desire, commitment, and practice.

Practiced skills include strength, flexibility, endurance, stamina, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.  If you want to be good in ALL of these areas, variety is a must. To get this variety, we use movements and training techniques and skills from the sports of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.  CrossFit specializes in NOT-specializing. Any athlete from any sport can use CrossFit as a training method, and return to their sport better, faster, stronger, and more capable.



The purpose of our CrossFit Kids program is to teach specific movements to kids and teens based on their ability level and most of all, keep them active! Our kids will learn techniques based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. We emphasize good movement, consistently with good mechanics all which translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
