CFB Policies

  • Always be on time! We want to maximize your time to give you the best experience possible.
  • Come mentally prepared to work hard. We want everyone to enjoy their experience, but we need to be focused on the task at hand in order to maximize our efforts and get the most out of every session.
  • We don’t judge! Everybody is at a different place in life. It doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in or what your experience level is. Do not fear what you can’t do, make it a challenge!
  • Leave your ego at the door! Most people are humbled in their first experience.
  • Always do your best!
  • We run short-term membership contracts, so plan on staying for at least 3 months. Trust us, it takes a good 3 months to get comfortable with everything we do. We don’t believe in those 6-8 week programs. You can change your habits in a short period of time, but its take a lifetime to grow.
  • Respect other and they will respect you. Any form of disrespect towards any member will not be tolerated. We believe in supporting and encouraging each other. That’s how the best communities and relationships are built.
